The Center for Natural Resources (CNR) at the New Jersey Institute of Technology met with officials from the Township of Little Falls to initiate a collaboration on flood resilience planning.
The kick-off meeting focused on local flooding concerns, stormwater management challenges, and community priorities within Little Falls.
CNR and municipal partners discussed how REACH flood-risk modeling, data collection, and analytical tools can be applied to support informed decision-making, evaluate mitigation options, and strengthen long-term resilience.
