The New Jersey Office of Emergency Management (NJOEM), Hazard Mitigation Unit staff, including Mr. Chris Testa, Sergeant Jordan Siegel, and Officer David Concalves, visited the Center for Natural Resources (CNR) at New Jersey Institute of Technology to discuss strategies for implementing flood mitigation measures through REACH.
Meetings like these connect state and city officials with researchers, establish environmental hazard protocols, identify ways to improve infrastructure, and promote safer communities.
