The Office of Emergency Management, Hazard Mitigation Unit visited the Center for Natural Resources (CNR) at NJIT and discussed the implementation of mitigation strategies through the REACH (Resilience Excellence and Capacity Hub) programs. The OEM personnel were Mr. Chris Testa, Sergeant Jordan Siegel, and Officer David Concalves.
