The Center for Natural Resources (CNR) at the New Jersey Institute of Technology met with Totowa OEM, Dover OEM, and NJ OEM officials to discuss flooding concerns and review flood-prone areas as part of the REACH (Resilience Excellence and Capacity Hub) program.
The site visit focused on flooding along the Passaic River, stormwater challenges, and opportunities for improved flood mitigation and community preparedness. CNR and OEM partners discussed data-driven solutions that support long-term resilience planning for the Borough of Totowa.
